What You'll Own:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Run at least 3 meaningful split tests per client per quarter, targeting 15%+ improvement.
- Complete monthly account audits and present optimization priorities.
How We Measure Success:
- Client revenue vs. projection: 90%+ is green, <90% is red.
- Client spend vs. projection: 90%+ is green, <90% is red.
- On-time delivery: 95%+ is green, <95% is red, and error rate under 0.05%.
What You Bring:
- MUST have agency experience with ecommerce advertising.
- Proven hands-on management of Google Ads for e-commerce brands, including Search, Shopping, and PMax.
- Strong command of Google Merchant Center, data interpretation, and direct response copywriting.
