What You'll Own:

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
  • Run at least 3 meaningful split tests per client per quarter, targeting 15%+ improvement.
  • Complete monthly account audits and present optimization priorities.

How We Measure Success:

  • Client revenue vs. projection: 90%+ is green, <90% is red.
  • Client spend vs. projection: 90%+ is green, <90% is red.
  • On-time delivery: 95%+ is green, <95% is red, and error rate under 0.05%.

What You Bring:

  • MUST have agency experience with ecommerce advertising.
  • Proven hands-on management of Google Ads for e-commerce brands, including Search, Shopping, and PMax.
  • Strong command of Google Merchant Center, data interpretation, and direct response copywriting.
