What you'll own:

  • Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple B2C subscription products
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for key metrics: CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROMI, LTV
  • Run structured A/B testing across keywords, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has hands-on experience running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for B2C digital products
  • Deeply understands Google Ads account management, compliance, policies, and platform nuances
  • Is comfortable working with data — Excel, Google Sheets, SQL — and making decisions based on performance

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Bing Ads
  • Background in performance-driven subscription or mobile app companies
  • Experience working with data/analytics teams on tracking and attribution
