Job Description
As Email Growth Manager, you will lead the data-driven strategy, execution, performance optimization, and reporting of email marketing initiatives across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to nurture to retention. You will work cross-functionally with content, design, operations, and analytics teams to scale high-impact campaigns that drive engagement and revenue. The role involves growing the email database through organic and paid sources, managing email campaign calendars, automation workflows, and segmentation strategies, as well as executing, testing, and optimizing email campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar platforms.
The manager will track, analyze, and report on key email KPIs, implement A/B testing, and ensure compliance with email deliverability best practices. Collaboration with content, design, product marketing, and sales teams is essential for brand consistency and alignment of messaging. Integrating email marketing automation efforts with CRM helps provide the sales organization with intent signals and contribute to lead qualification. The individual will partner with customer success and product teams to improve onboarding and re-engagement sequences, driving continuous improvement in internal and customer-facing campaigns.
