Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Advise on HR programs, policies, and practices to ensure global and local compliance with labor and employment laws.
- Monitor regulatory changes, updating policies and processes to align with evolving requirements.
- Oversee HR-related contracts, collective agreements, and labor regulation application across regions.
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with a Law degree and 4–6 years of professional experience.
- Solid knowledge of labour and employment law, with proven experience advising on HR policies, collective agreements, contracts, and compliance matters.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Proactive self-starter with high motivation, strong problem-solving skills.
