The DevX (Developer Experience) team focuses on improving the internal developer experience by providing simple, reliable, and well-supported tooling and workflows for developers at 1Password. We are dedicated to streamlining the entire development lifecycle, from the moment code is written on a local machine to its successful integration via a merge request, making that journey as smooth and frictionless as possible.
As an Engineering Manager, you will help set and support strategic direction for the team. You will also drive alignment and be responsible for the results of the team in support of broader company objectives. Ultimately, you will recruit and retain top tier talent in a fast growing environment by refining hiring, onboarding, and development processes.
