Sales Performance Data Analyst

Role Summary:

• This role is responsible for driving sales intelligence and performance visibility across the sales organization.
• You will analyze and report on SaaS sales KPIs, pipeline health, and rep performance.
• You will report directly to the Director of Data Analytics but focus on the needs of the SVP of Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute reporting for core SaaS sales KPIs including quota attainment, win/loss rates, average deal size, sales cycle length, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and rep productivity.
• Design, develop, and maintain sales performance dashboards in DOMO, applying strong dashboarding principles.
• Build and maintain automated data feeds, alerts, and notification workflows within DOMO.

Qualifications:

• You are a driven self-starter eager to do independent analysis and confident in reporting back to executive leadership.
• You have solid working knowledge of key SaaS sales KPIs.
• You are comfortable building dashboards in BI tools, preferably DOMO.
