- Produce and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting packages.
- Build and validate Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Support Tableau reporting needs and perform data validation.

- Support Deal Desk queue management and opportunity review.
- Assist with quote/order processing and renewal operations.
- Perform routine Salesforce opportunity cleanup.
Collaboration and Process Support:
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Client Success teams.
- Document mission-critical RevOps processes and SOPs.
- Help identify manual tasks to automate or standardize.
