Responsibilities:

• Define user flows incorporating technical information architecture.

Volunteer Management:

• Screen, onboard, and manage a team of volunteer designers.
• Provide oversight and quality assurance on volunteer design work.
• Determine when to delegate versus execute independently.

Collaboration:

• Influence prioritization of user journeys and features.
• Co-lead Partner Advisory panels to gather feedback.
• Recommend accessibility best practices.
