Growth Operations Specialist

The Growth Operations Specialist plays a critical role in driving pipeline creation and go-to-market efficiency across our Growth team. Reporting into RevOps, this role is responsible for helping to build and maintain the marketing operations infrastructure that powers demand generation, lead lifecycle management, and channel partner/referral enablement. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Industry Relations, and Sales to execute campaign workflows, optimize top-of-funnel lead flows, and ensure clean, actionable data flows through HubSpot. This is a tactical, execution-focused role that blends HubSpot automation, campaign support, and RevOps fundamentals. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can bridge the gap between strategy and execution, helping translate campaign ideas into real pipeline impact.
