- Enhance customer satisfaction and maintain high standards.
Strategy & Reporting:
- Formulate and review leadership dashboards for the Senior Leadership Team.
- Create or revise audit processes when new tools or workflows are rolled out.
Performance Improvement:
- Identify common errors and gaps to develop tip sheets and training materials.
- Recommend specific development methods to help broking teams improve performance.
Team Support:
- Attend monthly team meetings to lead feedback sessions.
- Roll out new learning tools and training initiatives.
