As a Talent Acquisition Operations Partner, you'll be pivotal in maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically Greenhouse, ensuring its accuracy, and enabling the team to streamline the recruitment process. Your expertise in process improvements and crafting clear documentation will be essential in supporting the Marketplace acquisition team. You'll develop and implement strategies to streamline the recruitment workflow, assess recruitment process data to pinpoint and address bottlenecks, and identify opportunities for process automation. The role also includes creating comprehensive documentation of recruiting best practices and providing timely technical support for talent acquisition systems.
