Job Description
Twilio is looking for a curious, action-oriented Senior Analyst for the LATAM Deal Desk Team who lives the Twilio Magic to support our LATAM Go-To-Market motion. This individual will gain and expand their broad spectrum of cross functional interactions and lead non-standard commercial agreements or Order Forms (OF) from end-to-end.
This role involves enforcing and defining the process shaping the LATAM selling motion, appropriately structuring deals to be a ‘Win-Win’ for both the customers and Twilio! The role requires someone passionate, dedicated and with the ability to understand complex problems while providing explanations and solutions which are sound and clearly communicated.
Responsibilities include collaborating with team members, Product Management, Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Order Management, and Finance with the ability to identify policy, process and tooling automation requirements, financial modeling & spreadsheets for data analysis to support deal structuring & pricing decisions; acting as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle by managing complex contracts and sharing subject matter expertise on standard terms of service, pricing, and commercial terms in order to coach sales teams towards offers with acceptable terms to both Twilio and the customer. Also includes enforcing the corporate approval framework and associated policies; collaborating with sales and managing escalations for policy exceptions and/or bespoke terms for strategic customers; providing end-to-end quote to signature support for AEs, including: CPQ quote building, pricing and order form approvals assistance, OF creation, Docusign execution and opportunity closure; helping drive automation and process improvements that drive team efficiencies and elevate the work load of the Deal Desk team.
