Job Description

As a Marketing Program Administrator, you will support and coordinate marketing initiatives within the HVAC industry. This role will play a critical part in managing, executing, and tracking our marketing programs that drive sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Job Responsibilities include leading the day-to-day execution and tracking of programs, owning the contractor signup process, leading continuous training efforts, monitoring and reporting on program performance metrics and KPIs, and working cross-functionally with various teams. Provide general administrative support including but not limited to sales reporting, marketing analytics, program signup entry, and maintaining organized records.
