Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely manner via ZenDesk or other support tools and working with customers through the application flow including Bitcoin deposit.
  • Educating cardholders on Aven's Bitcoin-backed card features and communicating critical account updates like Margin Call alerts with empathy and clarity.
  • Documenting and logging issues and tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels using logs and CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in US-based financial services handling credit card services or loan processing and 1 year in a cryptocurrency-related role.
  • Strong fundamental understanding of Bitcoin, digital asset custody, and asset-backed lending mechanics to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Superb communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with proficiency in customer communication tools, Google Drive, and CRM systems, requiring flexibility to work US Pacific time.
