The Opportunity:
- As Product Manager, you will own the discovery, definition, and delivery of Xplor's self-serve merchant portal.
- This portal is the everyday face of Xplor's payments platform, making it clear, trustworthy, and useful across global markets.
What You'll Do:
- Own the merchant portal strategy and roadmap, aligning with billing, payout, and financials teams.
- Drive self-serve flows, improve support deflection, and ensure accurate transactions, payouts, and reporting.
- Partner with design and engineering to ship intuitive experiences grounded in real merchant needs.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years building B2B SaaS or portal products.
- Strong product craft, financial data presentation, and proficiency with AI productivity tools.
- Comfortable working in a globally distributed team from an India base.
