Role Overview:
- As the Staff Product Manager for Agency Monetization & Wallet, you will own the strategy and execution of HighLevel’s Reselling, Rebilling, and Wallet experiences for agencies and subaccounts.
- You will be responsible for how agencies recover platform costs, apply markups, resell HighLevel products, manage funds, and understand the movement of money across their accounts and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for HighLevel's Reselling, Rebilling, and Wallet platform.
- Identify customer problems and market opportunities to improve how agencies monetize HighLevel products and manage financial operations.
- Lead product initiatives from discovery through execution, balancing customer needs, technical complexity, and business objectives.

- Reselling Platform, Rebilling Platform, Agency Wallet, Subaccount Wallet, and more.
- Wallet Funding & Auto Recharge, Transaction History & Financial Transparency.
- Credits, Refunds & Adjustments, Markups & Margin Management, Agency Tax Experience, Wallet APIs & Platform Services.
