Job Description
Design end-to-end user experiences for insurance-related workflows, from benefits verification to claims management. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners to simplify complex, data-heavy interfaces into clear, actionable designs. Partner with Product Managers to shape the vision and roadmap for the Collect Value Stream. Leverage and extend Weave’s Design System for financial and insurance product patterns. Conduct user research and interviews with front-office staff and insurance processors. Use analytics tools (Pendo, Sigma, etc.) to measure and validate design impact. Contribute to design culture through critiques, learnings, and mentorship. Ensure quality and cohesion across design handoffs and implementation.
