Job Description

Forbes Advisor is seeking a Digital Experiences Lead to become a part of the expanding Business Transformation team. This pivotal role entails taking charge of the user experience (UX) across Social and Native platforms, aiming to drive traffic and boost revenue. Key responsibilities include overseeing the experimentation process from beginning to end, which involves formulating hypotheses, designing tests, selecting key performance indicators (KPIs), executing tests, assessing results, and formulating long-term recommendations. The ideal candidate will work independently and in tandem with the Digital Experiences team, offering insightful guidance and strong leadership from a UX perspective. They will also collaborate closely with functional leaders to ensure products, landing pages, and sites are optimized for an enhanced customer experience. A significant aspect of the role is to create, refine, and enhance the current Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy along with UX optimization processes, frameworks, and infrastructure. Responsibilities also extend to supporting Design, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams in developing new features and tools that improve the customer experience and generate additional revenue. Analysis of on-site performance against core KPIs that align with overall business objectives is also expected.
