Engineering Manager

As the Engineering Manager, you will mentor and foster the development of your technical team, setting clear goals and expectations to promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You will oversee project timelines to align with product milestones, and lead planning sessions to define project scope and objectives. Additionally, you will drive all aspects of product development from concept to execution, ensuring designs are technically feasible.
