Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop Parts Managers to enhance performance and compliance with procurement policies.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and drive adoption of procurement systems.
- Assist in preferred vendor selection and ensure accurate data management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of parts management, procurement, or related experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and data management skills.
