About the Role:
- The Network Territory Manager reports to the Director of Product & Partner Management.
- This remote role requires frequent travel and quarterly visits to the corporate office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage service provider performance, claims cost, and in-network dispatch growth.
- Handle contracting, onboarding, and compliance inspections of towing facilities.
- Analyze performance gaps and take independent action to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in vendor or account management.
- Experience with independent towing and roadside assistance companies.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Additional:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
- Role covers the Southwest region and may require living near a metropolitan area.
