Senior Software Engineer II - LLM Observability

About the team:

• We build observability for AI, helping customers see agent costs, errors, and conversations.
• We own the data foundation and product experiences, shipping features customers use in production.

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end development of AI observability capabilities, from ingestion to in-product visualizations.
• Architect and evolve data models and infrastructure to observe agents and their ecosystems.
• Build systems that analyze AI-specific signals like cost, token usage, errors, and anomalies.

What you'll bring:

• Significant software engineering experience shipping customer-facing features end to end.
• Full-stack proficiency in backend (Go/Python) and frontend (TypeScript/React).
• Curiosity for AI tools and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving field.
