Survey Project Manager, Alumni Surveys, Education (Remote)

As a Survey Project Manager for Alumni Surveys, you will work directly with higher education clients administering alumni surveys taking them from onboarding to data delivery. You’ll serve as a strategic partner sharing survey best practices and guide institutions through their resulting data, helping them to make meaning and plan actions. Throughout, you’ll manage the details, tracking survey progress, keeping clients on schedule, addressing errors, and surfacing opportunities for improvement of the survey program. Your work will feed into national reports that drive standards in higher education and you’ll help shape a future of higher education that orients around learner career success. There will be opportunities to continually expand skill set while actively contributing to the evolution of operational processes.
