As a Survey Project Manager for Alumni Surveys, you will work directly with higher education clients administering alumni surveys taking them from onboarding to data delivery. You’ll serve as a strategic partner sharing survey best practices and guide institutions through their resulting data, helping them to make meaning and plan actions. Throughout, you’ll manage the details, tracking survey progress, keeping clients on schedule, addressing errors, and surfacing opportunities for improvement.
