Job Description
Lead and execute growth and lifecycle marketing strategies for Edmentum’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) offering, Apex Learning Virtual School. Responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel campaigns that attract, nurture, convert, and retain families and students. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, creative, analytics, and sales to deliver scalable marketing programs that drive enrollment and engagement.
Own and optimize lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, SMS, paid media, social, content, and web—leveraging segmentation, automation, and personalization. Partner with creative and content teams to develop compelling messaging and assets aligned with key personas and customer journeys. Use data and analytics to inform campaign planning, track performance, and iterate on tactics to improve ROI and key conversion metrics.
