Senior Program Manager (Change Management)

Serve as a Senior Program Manager driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across enterprise-level customer support delivery operations. Lead multiple large-scale programs focused on process efficiency, performance measurement, and change adoption. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, change management, and data-driven decision-making to streamline workflows, enhance cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities include leading process improvement programs, conducting data analysis, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies, developing Power BI dashboards, designing SOPs, leading change management initiatives, partnering with various teams, driving performance improvements, facilitating value stream mapping sessions, and mentoring team members. The qualifications include 10+ years of experience in program management and change management, strong analytical skills, and a Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma. Preferred qualifications include PMP certification and experience in customer support or service-oriented organizations.
