Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale the team according to product needs, hiring developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Drive the product from MVP to full-scale release, defining and maintaining the roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Define goals and success metrics, plan and track milestones, and apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage workflows.

Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in tech-driven companies with required fintech domain expertise.
• Proven experience building and leading teams and taking products from MVP to launch.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile practices, with background in business analysis and stakeholder management.
