Director, Accounting & Finance

The Director of Accounting and Finance oversees all accounting and finance functions for a complex, multi-entity organization. Accountabilities include: Lead multi-entity accounting and finance operations, internal controls, audits, and regulatory reporting. They will prepare consolidated financial statements, management reports, and dashboards for organizational leadership. They will support grant and donor reporting processes to ensure programmatic compliance and effective financial management Provide strategic financial guidance, manage annual audits, and lead the finance and accounting team. They must also translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
