- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, with experience in Apache Kafka and distributed systems.
- Comfort with AWS infrastructure and a heavy reliance on AI tools for development tasks.
Team and Culture:
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to turn complex problems into scalable solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to a culture of craft and continuous improvement.
