Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact homeowner insurance companies to secure and facilitate the release of approved job funds for property claims.
- Act as a liaison between customers and their property insurance providers to resolve outstanding issues and successfully finalize claims.
- Securely collect and process final payments directly from customers and maintain clear interdepartmental communication.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all documentation and data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using data entry software and internal tracking systems.
Compensation & Schedule:
- This is a remote position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, including a required 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
