Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact homeowner insurance companies to secure and facilitate the release of approved job funds for property claims.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and their property insurance providers to resolve outstanding issues and successfully finalize claims.
  • Securely collect and process final payments directly from customers and maintain clear interdepartmental communication.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all documentation and data entry tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using data entry software and internal tracking systems.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • This is a remote position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, including a required 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
