The Customer Service Representative needs to be a dedicated, detail-oriented, and outgoing individual for our customer service team. As a key point of contact for medical professionals, you will be responsible for managing interactions with doctors, handling contract processes via DocuSign, and ensuring a professional yet friendly experience for our clients. The responsibilities include: Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare providers through proactive communication and follow-ups. Manage contract preparation and execution via DocuSign, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally via phone and email, providing timely and effective resolutions. Contact healthcare facilities to verify ongoing medical supply needs for Ostomy, Urology, and Tracheostomy patients. Accurately document all interactions and updates in CRM and CMR systems. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and support process improvements.
