New Manager, Software Engineering

As an Engineering Manager at LogicGate, you'll lead a high-performing team building our Risk Cloud SaaS application that helps organizations manage governance, risk, and compliance at scale. You're responsible for developing exceptional engineers and delivering product outcomes that directly impact our customers' ability to manage risk. You'll set technical direction for your team and own how the work gets done. You're accountable for technical execution, team velocity, timelines, and quality. This means driving sustainable delivery of roadmap initiatives while championing modern development practices—test-driven development, frequent releases, continuous improvement.

You'll work closely with Product, QA, Customer Success, and fellow engineering leaders to shape technical strategy and execute on ambitious goals. You'll grow your engineers' capabilities, remove obstacles that slow them down, and create an environment where they can do their best work while consistently delivering value to customers and the business.
