Senior Partner Solutions Manager

Role Overview:

• Own the relationship with Cresta’s Partners and work internally to enable and showcase the platform.
• Sit at the intersection of partnerships, product, and go-to-market teams to scale growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead partner onboarding, training, and development of solution workshops and certifications.
• Support partners in designing scalable programs and collaborate on joint go-to-market strategy.
• Translate customer requirements and work cross-functionally to prioritize partner-driven roadmap items.

Qualifications & Success:

• 6+ years in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or similar customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years of experience in the Contact Center space working with ISV, SI, and BPO partners.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication and project management skills for diverse audiences.
