Backend Software Engineering Team Lead

Accountabilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of backend software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Provide technical leadership by defining software architecture and promoting engineering best practices.
• Contribute hands-on to backend development, designing and implementing scalable, reliable software solutions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, Python, or Go.
• At least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams, including mentoring, performance management, and technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in designing scalable software architectures, distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.
