Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient backend services.
- Build new product capabilities while enhancing existing systems and improving platform performance.
- Solve complex engineering challenges related to scalability, reliability, distributed systems, and backend architecture.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience building backend applications using modern programming languages.
- Strong experience designing and developing distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-based applications.
- Experience mentoring and coaching engineers to support professional growth.
