About the Role:
- Lead the Payments team while contributing as a senior engineer.
- Own backend systems for registration, payment collection, payouts, and integrations.
- Improve reliability, scalability, and observability of production systems.
Technologies:
- Node, TypeScript, Elixir, SQL, React, and cloud-based services.
- Service-oriented and event-driven architecture with queues and caching.
- Tools like Redis, Elasticsearch, BigQuery for scaling.
Compensation and Location:
- Minimum base plus bonus starting at $200,000.
- Fully remote position, but limited to US residents in eligible states.
