What You'll Do:

Architect, build, and evolve backend APIs, services, event-driven workflows, and data models.
Own complex technical work from discovery through rollout and long-term maintainability.
Debug production issues across the full stack and improve reliability through monitoring and testing.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

Staff-level backend depth with a track record building high-scale distributed systems.
Strong command of backend technologies like Node, TypeScript, Elixir, Ruby, and SQL.
Practical understanding of service-oriented architecture, event-driven systems, and production ownership.
