Job Description
The Global Performance Marketing Manager - B2B will be responsible for paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant upcoming channels such as TikTok) that drive our B2B growth in our mission to help people live longer, healthier lives. You will strengthen our paid marketing team with your deep expertise in paid ads channels and your ability to think analytically and creatively.
Be the global subject matter expert and owner for paid advertising in lead generation at Docplanner (Google Ads and paid social). Make sure we are generating the highest possible volume of leads from paid marketing channels while ensuring lead quality and staying within budget and CPA goals. Serve as strategic advisor and mentor for more junior paid marketers on all matters related to paid ads. Forecast, set, and monitor pacing for the channel budgets in consultation with local marketers to ensure all stakeholders have an overview of spending.
