Job Description
The IFS ERP Implementation Training Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions to ensure employees effectively utilize the IFS ERP system. This role focuses on hands-on instruction, troubleshooting, and user support to facilitate a smooth transition and maximize system adoption. This role requires overnight travel during the week up to 50% of the time to various locations across 10 states.
Key responsibilities include User Training & Support by conducting live training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for employees across departments and guiding users through IFS ERP functionalities. Implementation Assistance involves collaborating with ERP project teams to ensure smooth rollout and user adoption. Training Delivery includes conducting in-person and virtual training sessions and creating online training tools, videos, and guides. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution is key to help users resolve common issues and escalate more complex issues to IT teams.
