Responsible for supporting the MSP business both Actalent and Aston Carter partner with the mission to optimize how we support these key customers. Utilize all resources available to attract qualified professionals and proactively pipeline talent. Responsible for initiating the hiring process for available positions, including sourcing, screening, rate negotiation, and interview coordination. Creatively leverage social media to network and build connections. Coach and prepare candidates for interviews and provide them with professional guidance and timely feedback. Maintain all documentation using proprietary Applicant Tracking System to track information.
