Key Responsibilities:
- Full planning, coordination, and successful delivery of complex digitalization projects.
- Coordinate large, geographically distributed project teams and manage parallel projects.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring deadlines and resources are optimized.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading complex projects using classical, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
- Fluent German (min. B2) and English (min. C1).
- Deep knowledge of IT project management, processes, and risk management.
