Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design and deliver state-of-the-art leadership and organisation development programs for leaders across DT's global footprint.
  • Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and providers to define development programs and track success through iterative improvements.
  • Promote innovative methods to embed leadership principles into development initiatives, strengthening an innovation-driven corporate culture.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in leadership development and experience in leading cross-functional projects with stakeholder reporting.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with external partners and use AI tools effectively, with excellent command of English.

  • Remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.
