RPM Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient enrollment, assist with device setup
- Provide education on the purpose and benefits of remote monitoring
- Ensure devices are properly configured
Monitoring and Analysis:
- Monitor patient data, analyze trends, and identify abnormalities.
- Escalate issues to healthcare providers
- Develop strategies to engage and motivate patients
RPM Coordinator Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of clinical work experience as a Medical Assistant
- At least 1 year of EMR experience
- Medical Assistant Course Completion Diploma or CMA designation required
