Job Description
As Growth Partner – Events, you’ll be the architect and executor of Numeral’s events motion — from intimate dinners and partner-led activations to high-impact conferences. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to put the right people in the room and drive top-of-funnel growth, sales velocity, and long-term brand affinity.
This role is a blend of growth marketer, event producer, and partner strategist — ideal for someone who gets energy from building from scratch, has great taste, and knows how to drive measurable pipeline. You will own the events growth funnel and execute events that drive qualified attendance, create pipeline, and move prospects through the funnel. You will also track goals and ROI for every event.
