Instructional Design Lead (3 Month Contract)

The instructional design lead combines deep instructional design expertise with the ability to manage the development of multiple training programs through the creation of instructor-led and online training content. The ID Lead will build the foundation with the creation of instructional design standards, definitions, and templates for our courses and certification programs. The ID Lead will partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), cross-functional teams, to build learning programs that support the growth of our partners and employees. This role requires strong leadership and expertise in designing standards and templates, curriculum design, and learning technologies, and the ability to work across global time zones in a remote environment. Responsibilities include developing standards, processes, and templates for ILT and Articulate RISE aligned to adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. The lead will implement and communicate these standards, processes, and templates to all content creators and ensure adherence across the organization.
