Bring your expertise and collaborate with the Learning and Performance Solutions (LPS) organization to develop and implement training solutions for DoD and Civilian agencies. Work under supervision to develop instructor-led, paper-based, and technology-delivered curricula. Consult with clients, identify requirements, and work with the design team to create responsive training solutions.

The instructional design lead combines instructional design expertise with the ability to manage the development of multiple training programs through the creation of instructor-led and online training content. The ID Lead will build the foundation with the creation of instructional design standards, definitions, and templates for our courses and certification programs. The ID Lead will partner with SMEs, cross-functional teams, to build learning programs that support the growth of our partners and employees.
