Job Description
Translation Management:
-Serve as the central authority for managing translation processes across the organization.
-Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of translations.
-Roll out updates, new workflows, and process improvements, providing training and support as needed.
Stakeholder Support:
-Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders utilizing the translation process, addressing issues, and providing solutions.
-Facilitate clear communication between all parties involved in the translation workflow.
-Be available 5 days a week to address queries, resolve issues, and provide guidance promptly.
Reporting & Analysis:
-Prepare and deliver monthly reports on translation activities, highlighting key metrics, progress, and areas for improvement.
Onboarding & Training:
-Lead the onboarding process for new stakeholders, ensuring they are well-versed in translation workflows and best practices.
-Provide training and support as needed.
