Strategic Finance Manager

Core Responsibilities:

• Own the core financial model that underpins many of the decisions we make.
• Build and evolve core operating rhythms such as weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
• Build dashboards, metrics, and success measures that give leadership better visibility.

What You'll Do:

• Design, deploy, and improve AI workflows, automations, and agent-driven processes.
• Drive board and investor reporting, including analysis and narrative development.
• Partner cross-functionally to solve complex operational problems quickly and pragmatically.

What We're Looking For:

• 4 to 8+ years of experience in finance (investment banking, private equity), CDD consulting, or StratFin at a high-growth startup.
• Strong analytical skills, including comfort with financial data, modeling, and spreadsheet-based analysis.
• Structured thinking and the ability to break down ambiguous problems into practical next steps.
