Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Finance & Operations to design and manage the financial and operational framework of Ovation. Your role will bring clarity to our finances, streamline processes, and introduce disciplined growth management. Lead Finance (reporting, forecasting, KPI analysis) and Accounting (AP/AR, month-end close).
Develop and enhance core operations including processes, systems, and infrastructure. Align finances and operations with strategic goals partnering closely with CEO, sales, product, customer success, and marketing teams. Ideal for candidates who excel in system building, financial analysis, and operational scaling.
