Job Description
This attorney role in Property Casualty/1st Party Property requires 3+ years of relevant experience. The candidate will assist with our vibrant and growing practice and will manage cases in state and federal courts, supervise/mentor staff, manage discovery, take/defend depositions, write petitions, complaints, motions and briefs with little supervision, and prepare for trial.
