Job Description
Case Management & Support: Serves as a key point of contact for the disputes function, ensuring consistent communication, supports attorneys and stakeholders, including monitoring deadlines and coordinating meetings, manages and organizes relevant electronic and physical records.
Outside Counsel & Vendor Management: Serves as a primary liaison with outside counsel and relevant vendors on case management, coordinates coverage with insurance brokers and carriers, prepares insurance claim submissions, tracks and manages invoices and budgets for relevant vendors in legal billing software.
Research, Drafting & Discovery Support: Conducts legal and factual research using available resources, drafts, proofreads, and edits documents prepared by outside counsel, manages the entire discovery process, including legal hold implementation, document collection, and data preservation process.
